Nothing is sold on this website. The only personal data we collect is what you send us through the forms, plus basic technical and cookie data described below.
We process personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
2. What we collect
Data you give us. When you send a form (coaching inquiry or event invitation), we receive your name, email, phone number (invitation form), the type of invitation and the message you write.
Data collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time, and the referring page. This is collected through server logs and, if you agree, cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Data from embedded content. If you play an embedded video (for example from YouTube), the provider may receive technical data and set cookies according to its own policy.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to include them in your messages.

4. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data, and nothing is sold on this website. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, for example hosting, email and form services, analytics and video platforms, professional advisers, and with public authorities when the law requires it. These providers act on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own policies. For event registrations, we may share the details needed with the organisers of that event, such as Renaissance Church.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard allowed by the GDPR.
6. How long we keep data
Inquiry and contact data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Records we are required by law to keep: for the period the law requires. Cookie data: as stated in the Cookie Policy. After these periods we delete or anonymize the data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. We will answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia, or to the authority in your own EU country.
8. Children
The website is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and limited access. No online service can be completely secure, so please share only what is necessary.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the website.
